Aboriginal Bowl

Ceramic bowl, painted and fired. This project was inspired by a painting done by native Australian aborigine, Freddie Timms. His artwork is featured on the cover of the Aboriginal art book entitled, One Sun, One Moon.

My name is Stephanie Nemazee and I am a BFA film student at the University of Colorado at Boulder. Most of my films are quite personal and have to do with real life experiences or feelings of min. I have recently discovered my love for animation, especially hand-drawn, and hope to have more animations up in the near future! Along with making films, I also enjoy drawing in many mediums (especially chalk), papier-mâché, collage, painting and sculpture.

Hmm… just for fun, here’s an over-generalization of myself: I love kittens, old monster movies, and inappropriate jokes. I hate most bugs, being trapped in the freight elevator at CU Boulder, and having my bellybutton touched.
